POSITION OVERVIEW

The Change Enablement Coordinator supports the Change Enablement team by providing structured execution support across CORE and Field Spot deployments. This role focuses on coordinating training, maintaining communication materials, tracking adoption activities, and supporting go-live readiness.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone looking to grow into broader change management and transformation responsibilities while supporting global platform deployments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, job aids, and videos
  • Maintain SharePoint libraries and Teams channels, including content updates, structure, and access management
  • Schedule training sessions, meetings, and office hours and track attendance and participation
  • Execute survey creation, distribution, and basic analysis of adoption and feedback data
  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions across change and deployment activities
  • Maintain trackers for communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities
  • Provide logistical coordination during go-live and hypercare periods
  • Create communications, and support coordination and distribution across regions and stakeholders
  • Assist with preparation of dashboards, summaries, and leadership updates
  • Support cross-team coordination between Product, Platform, Implementation, and Change teams
  • Assist with ad hoc change enablement and coordination activities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, PMO, communications, or enablement roles
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting training initiatives
  • Experience writing professional communications
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications or transformation initiatives
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Interest in developing a career in change management or digital transformation
