As a Consulting Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in guiding clients through strategic initiatives that drive meaningful business transformation. You'll lead multi-disciplinary projects from strategy through implementation - bringing structure, insight, and operational excellence to every engagement.
This role offers broad exposure across multiple service areas, including:

You'll serve as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on leader - translating strategy into action, building stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable impact.

  • Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Lead operational improvement and transformation programs that align people, processes, and technology to achieve sustainable results.
  • Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to measure impact and sustain performance.
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to co-create solutions with clients and build organizational alignment.
  • Oversee vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and systems integrator partnerships.
  • Design and deliver change management, training, and organizational development initiatives that drive sustainable adoption and capability building.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of management consulting or equivalent experience in leading strategic or transformation initiatives.
