Responsibilities: Take-over pre-existing projects that our estimating and preconstruction teams have been awarded Ensure project is completed safely, on-time, and under budget Communicate with General Contractor, Owner, Subcontractors and Vendors Submit change-orders and RFI's Track construction schedules and budget Requirements: 4+ years working as a Project Manager for a large, commercial HVAC and Plumbing Construction company Local Stable work-history Preferred: Prior apprentice/journeyman field knowledge Strong technical background working with MS Project, Quickpen/Accubid, MS Excel, and BlueBeam Large project experience 10 million+ Familiar with Title 24 and OSHPD requirements
