Role Overview

The PMO Analyst will support monthly project budget tracking and forecasting coordinating with a multitude of project team members. Assist Project Managers with project schedules, project control tools and project priorities.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and maintain project budget and cash flow forecasting models on a monthly basis. Requires coordination with project team members and Financial Planning & Analysis department.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of internal project management tools such as Project Execution plans, Risk Registers and schedules.
  • Support project due diligence process by gathering information from various project stakeholders being requested by Independent Engineers or investors.
  • Support in certain process creation or defining Roles and Responsibilities that will make the organization more efficient and effective.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 0 โ€“ 2 years of progressively responsible project management experience in energy or a related industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel)
  • Proficiency in SAP and SQL is preferred
  • AI skills or experience
  • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Customer/Partner Relationships, and Technology Expertise. (Preferred).

  • Strong quantitative, written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
