Job description

Job Title: Senior Manager, Amazon Online Growth 

Location: Glendale, CA  4 Days in office, 1 day telecommute 

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000.00 per year DOE 

Overview 

The Senior Amazon Online Growth Manager will lead the development and execution of business strategies that accelerate The Creme Shop’s online growth, with a focus on Amazon. This role will ensure investments in online strategies drive growth, while providing a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have experience leading end-to-end Amazon channel management, including sales, profitability, and brand equity, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to optimize product portfolios within beauty and personal care. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, skilled at influencing leadership and key stakeholders to advance business initiatives.  

Responsibilities 

  • Architect the long-term growth strategy for The Creme Shop’s Amazon business, ensuring alignment with the overall eCommerce and Digital Media strategy 
  • Manage all critical aspects of the Amazon channel including merchandising, content development and site performance to deliver a seamless customer journey and user experience 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging customer insight and product data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic direction 
  • Partner with brand marketing and creative teams to develop content that best represents The Creme Shop, promotes key initiatives, and drives top-line sales 
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with Amazon partners  
  • Develop, manage and optimize Amazon channel budget, ensuring efficient use of resources 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve channel performance and maintain a forward-looking strategy 

Requirements  

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or multichannel retail management, including at least 3 years of Amazon business strategy 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
  • Strong understanding of Amazon’s business model, strategy and Amazon Vendor Central 
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, with strong communication and stakeholder influence 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several projects with minimal oversight, while managing the priorities of team 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to drive insights and decision-making 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to identify and promote innovative approaches to business growth and operational challenges
