Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Purpose:

- Execute multiple defined projects and assignments efficiently.

- Support Project Manager in all phases including estimates, bidding, and safety.

- Oversee project execution following company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate multi-disciplinary projects from start to completion.

- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and company standards.

- Identify technical problems and support solutions.

- Oversee cGMP application and workplace safety.

- Support design documents and coordinate with external firms.

- Assist in project estimates and bid preparation.

- Inspect contractor work and ensure compliance.

Education & Experience:

- Associate degree in Engineering (or similar).

- Minimum 5 years experience as Project Foreman or similar.

Skills:

- Strong communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Team collaboration and leadership support.

Physical & Work Requirements:
