What is a project lead?

A Project Lead is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing specific projects within an organization. They coordinate team members, set project goals, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are met according to the set standards. Project Leads serve as the main point of contact between team members and stakeholders, often reporting on progress and addressing any issues that arise. Their role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

How does a project lead typically collaborate with cross-functional teams during a project?

As a Project Lead, you will regularly coordinate with cross-functional teams such as developers, designers, marketing, and client stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
