JOB SUMMARY

The Intern will assist in the daily operations and various projects within the organization. This position provides valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting while supporting different departments as needed. The Intern will work under the supervision of designated staff and contribute to administrative, research, and operational tasks to enhance their knowledge and skills.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Support department-specific projects by conducting research, compiling reports, and analyzing data.
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes, and assisting with follow-up actions as needed.
  • Engage with staff and stakeholders to support programs, events, or initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, files, and records as required.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of organizational events or activities.
  • Provide customer service and respond to inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support marketing and communications efforts, including social media and content creation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the organization.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
