Job Overview:

The Senior Incentive Analyst is a hands-on role that will play a key part in managing and supporting ongoing incentive compensation needs. This individual will focus on the analysis, evaluation, creation, and implementation of compensation programs designed to attract and retain key talent at Marvin.

Highlights of your role:

Incentive Program Design & Administration

  • Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of a wide variety of incentive compensation programs related to base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
  • Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, which includes modeling, planning, calculations, award letter generation, accounting projections, employee and manager communications, and post-cycle analysis.
  • Participate in the development and delivery of communications and training related to incentive programs, polices, and processes.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Consultation & Business Partnership

  • Responsible for partnering with leadership to track new hires, promotions, transfers, location, and job scope changes, to ensure accuracy in incentive plan calculations.

Compliance & Governance

  • Perform various audits, research, and analyses to determine market competitiveness of incentive programs as well as maintaining compliance with current legal regulations.
  • Keep Summary Plan Descriptions updated and distribute to plan participants at appropriate intervals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain and provide cost modeling estimates and tracking to Finance.
  • Provide reporting on incentive plan performance as needed.

Compensation-related projects

  • May participate and provide support to the compensation team in the areas of competitive analysis, market positioning, salary structures, data maintenance, as well as developing compensation reports to support program decisions and outcomes as needed.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Strong data analytics, HR software, Excel and Power BI capabilities.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, continuously changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented.
