\n Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Project Director holds full responsibility for the successful delivery of the projects under their supervision-from project setup during the bidding phase through to project delivery and final payment. They ensure strong cohesion and effective communication among all managers assigned to the projects. They maintain business relationships with clients.

  • Provide a healthy and safe work environment for all employees, suppliers, and subcontractors operating under EBC's authority;<\/span>

  • Conduct project profitability studies, prepare financial forecasts, analyze variances, and present results;<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Negotiate subcontracting agreements and ensure optimal supplier management;<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Manage the project schedule, tracking indicators, critical path, and ensure rigorous updates;<\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Identify contentious issues that may affect project profitability and\/or schedule, and implement appropriate corrective actions;<\/span>

  • Maintain a regular presence on construction sites, identify necessary corrective measures, and collaborate with the superintendent for implementation;<\/span>

  • Implement LEAN philosophy on job sites to optimize operational efficiency;<\/span>

  • Approve subcontractor and supplier invoices;<\/span>

        • Member of an engineering professional order; <\/span>
