Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Execution Manager to lead the cross-functional success of construction projects across strategic market growth opportunities. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent) with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning and award through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, to meet or exceed the customer's expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external entities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to appropriately manage multiple ~5 projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree (MBA or related field) is a plus but not required.
  • Project Management Certificate (PMP, CAMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
  • Experience in (e.g., engineering, construction, manufacturing, logistics, technology).
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, face-paced, demanding environment.
  • Experience implementing and using artificial intelligence (AI) platforms to enhance project efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.

Travel:
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to project sites and client locations.
