Your Future Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Execution Organization at Innomotics. This role will be responsible for leading complex product orders and system projects, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

The Project Manager will oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer communication from project handoff through successful completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, customer-facing communication, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive project execution in a matrixed organization.

This role is based in the New Kensington, PA location, local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects to ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Lead project execution from order handoff through completion, including planning, coordination, reporting, risk management, and customer communication.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules aligned with customer requirements and internal execution plans.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, vendors, and project partners.
  • Meet with customers to clarify project requirements, ordering details, deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, finance, quality, and other internal teams.
  • Apply Innomotics project management processes, tools, and standards throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Proactively identify, communicate, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Develop and deliver project status reports, progress updates, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Estimate and coordinate resources needed to achieve project goals.
  • Partner with internal department leaders to secure required support and resolve project execution challenges.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, third parties, and internal business partners.
  • Perform risk management activities to minimize project risk to the customer and the company.
  • Support project lessons learned activities and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices within the Project Management function.

Your profile.

Education, experience, and preferred skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience, with experience managing complex projects, product orders, systems, field service activities, or customer-facing deliverables. Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification preferred.
  • Experience managing customer-facing projects with defined scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk requirements.
  • Technical understanding of variable frequency drives, motors, or related industrial technologies is helpful.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

The pay range for this position is $79,296 - $169,920. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
