  • Oversee financial performance for the project and track ongoing work in progress projections.
  • Facilitate negotiations with vendors and ensure proper contract execution and compliance with the Contract Documents.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Scheduling to organize and monitor project timelines, milestones, and overall scheduling utilizing Primavera P6.
  • Maintain and promote relations with Project Stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control overall project expenses.
  • Analyze and review critical shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Review as-built documentation and confirm compliance with the Contract Documents as the project progresses.
  • Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed on the project.
  • Organize and manage subcontractor activities and coordination.
  • Forecast workforce needs and manage labor and equipment allocations.
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Applicants shall have 5-7 years of experience in water and wastewater construction; or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all Project Stakeholders.
