What you'll do

• Manage civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and industrial clients from concept through construction
• Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
• Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
• Monitor project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
• Support proposal preparation and contribute to project planning efforts
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members

What you bringg

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering design and project management
• Experience managing civil site development projects for residential, commercial, and/or industrial clients
• Strong understanding of civil site design, including water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding project teams
• Understanding of business metrics for project success
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
