Job Summary

HWH is seeking an experienced Project Engineer who is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of construction project.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in implementing project work plans and revises as appropriate with Project Manager to meet changing needs and requirements of project which includes project schedule coordination of trades, management of submittals, scope review and handing of sub-contractors.

  • Reviews and understands contract plans, specification, and documenting procedures as well as the ability to recognize and solve potential conflicts within plans, organize and perform buy-out and day-to-day schedule reviews.

  • Assists Project Manager in communication with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professional to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.

  • Assists project Team in implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management.

  • Develops pre-construction agendas and assists in conducts meetings.
