Globaltech, Inc. is a design-build company of engineers and contractors that serves primarily municipal water and wastewater utilities. Our main office is located in Boca Raton, Florida. We are currently seeking dynamic, team-oriented individuals to play key roles in our growing South Florida firm. Globaltech, Inc. is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our team. This Project Engineer join a multidiscipline group of dedicated design-build professionals to round out our engineering service capabilities in the municipal water and wastewater facilities market.


Job duties

  • Evaluate existing systems
  • Process mechanical design of water/wastewater facilities and equipment
  • Perform engineering calculations and design
  • Conduct engineering evaluation and studies
  • Prepare engineering reports, permit applications, and engineering services during construction
  • Perform periodic field inspections and data collection
  • Assist senior Engineers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • B.S. in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering
  • EIT Certification 
  • Experience in municipal water and wastewater facilities a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook, and ppt
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
  • Solid verbal, written and communication skills to coordinate with project team
  • Able to pass a background check 
  • Possess a valid Florida Driver License and able to pass a motor vehicle record search
  • Able to pass a pre-hire drug test
