Our facility in Huntsville, AL has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer to join our mission. In this role, you will support the NGI program with the following:
Coordinate and track program desk & board seating assignment to include personnel moves on Huntsville Campus
Facilitate Program Onboarding process, manage weekly meetings, updating onboarding processes, assisting new employees
Managing On-site Customer visit requests to include tracking of Government Visit access requests
Developing and maintaining project plans and ensuring on-time delivery of products.
Support the Development and execution of Program Management office content such as distribution lists, employee engagements, etc.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes, tooling and metrics.
