Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Project Engineer to be an integral part of our team. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Manage multiple projects. 
  • Thorough understanding of client project scope and specifications.
  • Provide a team of drafters, checks and other with all information necessary to process pipe spool fabrication drawings for multiple fabrication facilities. 
  • Communicate and resolve with client any issues pertaining to questions/conflicts regarding scope, specifications, and client drawings. 
  • Thorough understanding of shop methods using the fabrication of pipe spools. 
  • Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

 Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree; Preferred
  • 5 Years of experience in pipe fabrication
  • Microsoft Office
  • AutoCAD
  • JD Edwards experience is a plus
  • None specifically required
  • Familiarity with codes and standards of ASTM, ASME, and PFI. 
  • Familiarity with various metallurgies. 
  • Understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures.
