To thrive as a Project Engineer Manager, you need a solid background in engineering principles, project management, and leadership, often supported by a relevant engineering degree and PMP certification. Familiarity with project management software (such as MS Project or Primavera), CAD tools, and budgeting systems is typically required. By combining technical expertise with strong people management skills, they ensure both project success and team development.
