Join a team that plays a critical role in delivering highway and bridge infrastructure projects across British Columbia. As a Project Coordinator - Finance, you'll support the Construction Management Services (CMS) team through project administration, financial coordination, contract tracking, reporting, and operational support. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance communities while gaining valuable exposure to construction management, project controls, and business operations within one of Canada's leading consulting firms.

Your Impact

  • Document Controller role for small size as & when Supervision teams 
    • System Administration for data storage, external software and tools.
    • Project data tracking, collection and filing
    • Field office administration
  • Independent Contractor & Supplier Agreements
    • Track agreements & coordinate renewals
    • Track WSBC, Insurances & request updated as required
    • Initiate New Vendors & reactivations
    • Communication & troubleshooting
  • PDP (Project Development Plan)
    • Creation and setup for new projects
    • Coordination with Managers and maintenance of project auditable information
    • Monitor project budgets and reports
  • Project Controller Support & Backup
    • Invoicing Assist & Backup 
    • Coverage
  • CMS Group support
    • PPE Inventory & distribution, purchasing & specifications
    • Fleet track and record all fleet vehicle & usages
    • eRISP Update CMS projects, contracts, personnel profiles
    • Survey support
    • Submit eRISP as needed
  • Gain knowledge in the operations and services provided by the CMS Department as well as various other WSP departments.

  • Must be proficient with Excel spreadsheets & Pivot Tables.
  • Must be organized, efficient and confident with an ability in utilizing MS Office suite of products.

  • Must have strong English writing and oral communication skills.
  • Must have a valid Class 5 BC Drivers License and Clean Driving Abstract.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 - $79,600
MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000
