Business Development & Client Relations Manager

Luxury Construction | South Florida & Tampa

Full-Time | Starting Salary: $109,000+

Company Overview

We are one of the largest Low Voltage (LV) contractors in Florida, with an established presence throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach, and Tampa. Our portfolio includes high-profile luxury projects such as 443 Brickell, Baccarat Residences, and the Cipriani Building. We work alongside some of the region’s top developers and general contractors, including 13th Floor Investments, Mast Capital, ZOM, Coastal, Moss, GMA, and others.

This is not a cold-calling sales role. Our business is driven by organic RFPs, repeat clients, and long-term partnerships.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Development & Client Relations Manager to support strategic growth by strengthening and expanding relationships with our existing network of developers and general contractors. This individual will serve as a key representative of the company and play an important role in maintaining long-term partnerships within the luxury construction market.

The ideal candidate is highly professional, confident in executive environments, and motivated by relationship-building and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

           Manage and strengthen relationships with existing developer and general contractor clients

  • Support client retention and repeat business across luxury construction projects

  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed

  • Identify and support new opportunities within the company’s established market footprint

  • Coordinate with internal leadership and operational teams to ensure strong client communication and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)

  • Experience in Business Development, Marketing, Construction, or a related field

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills

  • Professional presence and ability to engage with executives and high-level stakeholders

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented
