Job description

Exciting opportunity as a full-time on-site Leasing/Project Manager working directly for our developer client in what will be a marquee new development launch of 2026 in the Bronx. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing leases, lease administration, residential leasing, providing exceptional client services, and assisting with marketing reporting. This project will have overs 500 residential units.

Qualifications
  • Leases, Lease Administration, and Project Management skills
  • Prior management of initial lease up of New Development projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Experience with residential leasing processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Sheets
  • Experience working with 3rd party real estate advertising platforms
  • Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
  • Have a current New York State real estate license

Base salary plus commission. Must have at least 3 years experience in leasing and project management of luxury new development.

Must hold a current valid NYS real estate license.

Experience in the Upper Manhattan/Bronx rental market a huge plus

MUST have prior experience in project management for an initial luxury new development lease up.
