Job description

Ford Meter Box is seeking a highly motivated individual at the corporate headquarters in Wabash, Indiana, for the position of International Business Development Specialist. The role will involve working in the field with existing customers such as water utilities, distributors, and contractors in addition to developing new international markets. The position will also assist in coordination with the factory, troubleshooting problems with the customer and project management.
The ideal candidate will hold a four-year undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in project management with 3-5 years of international sales experience. Fluency in a foreign language and mechanical aptitude are preferred and experience living in an international environment is a plus.
The position would require international travel outside the US approximately 50% of the time working alongside distributors, contractors, and water utilities. Credentials allowing work in the US are required.
