The position is based remotely and covers the central area of the U.S. (TX, OK, KS, MO, IL, IN, MI, NE, IA, WI, MN ND, SD)
Inframark is looking for a Business Development manager. This incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop additional business from renewal of existing contracts, competitive RFPs, and new business pursuits.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
1) Develop a targeted market plan, which should include strategies for competitive take aways and development of municipalities/industries who have never outsourced before,
2) Create detailed maps of the decision-making process and all decision maker/influencers for all targets,
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision makers and stakeholders, to position Inframark as the best partner for the potential client
4) Along with a team, prepare proposals, advise on contract prices, and help assemble project teams to convert the target to a client through client mandated process (RFP, RFQ, Open Bid)
5) Work with existing operations staff to support renewal efforts. The Business Developer
