Project Manager - Franchise Development

IV Nutrition

Job description

Project Manager - Franchise Development
About IV Nutrition
IV Nutrition is one of the fastest-growing holistic wellness franchises in the country, helping clients optimize their health through IV therapy, functional wellness, and personalized care. As we continue to expand nationally, we're looking for exceptional people who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building systems that help others succeed.
Position Summary
This is not a traditional project coordinator role.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed Project Manager who takes ownership, solves problems before they become obstacles, and naturally drives projects forward without waiting for instruction.
You will lead multiple franchise clinic openings simultaneously, serving as the primary guide for franchise owners from the day they sign their Franchise Agreement through Grand Opening-and continuing as a trusted operational partner after opening.
The ideal candidate loves organization, anticipates what needs to happen next, communicates proactively, and holds themselves accountable for keeping projects moving.
If you need detailed daily direction or prefer completing assigned tasks rather than identifying what needs to be done, this position will likely not be the right fit.
What You'll Do
  • Own the clinic opening process from franchise signing through Grand Opening.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners throughout development.
  • Build and manage detailed project timelines while ensuring milestones stay on schedule.
  • Proactively identify roadblocks and resolve issues before they impact opening timelines.
  • Coordinate with real estate, construction, marketing, operations, training, clinical, and vendors.
  • Hold franchisees and internal teams accountable to project deadlines.
  • Travel to clinic locations (approximately four days per clinic) to oversee clinic setup and operational readiness.
  • Ensure all brand standards, compliance requirements, operational checklists, and training milestones are completed before opening.
  • Support Grand Opening planning and execution.
  • Continue supporting franchise owners after opening to help ensure successful operations.
  • Continuously improve our development process by identifying inefficiencies and implementing better systems.
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
You are someone who:
  • Doesn't wait to be told what to do-you identify priorities and take action.
  • Naturally sees the "big picture" while managing countless details.
  • Creates your own task list based on project goals and timelines.
  • Is energized by solving problems and removing obstacles.
  • Communicates early and often rather than waiting until something becomes an issue.
  • Is comfortable managing multiple clinic openings simultaneously.
  • Takes ownership of outcomes instead of simply completing assigned tasks.
  • Can confidently make decisions within your scope and escalate only when necessary.
  • Holds yourself and others accountable.
  • Enjoys working independently while collaborating with a team.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of project management experience in franchising, healthcare, wellness, retail, hospitality, construction, or multi-unit operations.
  • Demonstrated history of independently managing projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Experience using project management software (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Smartsheet, etc.) is preferred.
  • Franchise experience is a plus.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to help build one of the fastest-growing wellness franchise brands in the country.
  • A role with real ownership and the ability to make a meaningful impact.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Opportunities for professional growth as the company continues to expand.

This Role Is Probably Not a Good Fit If You...
  • Prefer waiting for assignments rather than creating your own priorities.
  • Need frequent direction or close supervision to stay productive.
  • Struggle managing multiple deadlines at once.
  • Avoid difficult conversations or accountability.
  • Prefer routine work over solving new problems every day.
