You'll serve as a trusted advisor to key partners while shaping initiatives that directly impact company growth and market presence.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead strategic business development efforts focused on expanding revenue, strengthening partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Conduct advanced market analysis to evaluate industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging growth opportunities.
  • Create and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with long-term company objectives.
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close complex agreements, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead high-impact business development projects, collaborating across sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams.

  • Drive client retention and churn mitigation strategies by proactively identifying risks and opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range: $109,000-$150,380

This reflects our good faith estimate of the base salary range for this position, based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, and demonstrated expertise.
