The Territory Development Manager will drive growth in the commercial sector by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with property owners, facility managers, and consulting engineers, and guiding opportunities from prospecting to proposal submission. This role focuses on expanding the company's commercial services footprint and creating long-term client relationships.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with commercial clients.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new commercial projects and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and prioritize opportunities for follow-up.
  • Present commercial services and value propositions to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for commercial projects.
  • Track activity, opportunities, and pipeline in CRM; provide regular KPI reports.
  • Visit commercial sites to gather project details for proposals and estimates
