Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000

The Project Development Manager plays a critical role in driving projects / business growth and strengthening client relationships. This position oversees all aspects of business development, including coordinating and leading proposal interviews, supporting proposal development efforts, technical reviews and managing regional business opportunities. The role contributes to team decision-making, supports project delivery teams, and leads efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This position offers the opportunity to expand Energy Market regional presence and help shape the divisionโ€™s long-term success.

Responsibilities / Essential Functions
  • Oversee all aspects of Business Development, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with Director of Energy and Regional counterparts
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients, engineering consultants and partners
  • Develop a robust pipeline of Energy projects
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Assist Project Executives and lead pre-construction teams as needed.
  • Advise and contribute to the development of proposals for new projects.
  • Lead efforts in identifying, tracking, and reviewing new project and business
  • Opportunities.
  • Report on progress and outcomes related to new business initiatives and opportunities.
  • Attending and representing industry networking events and conferences.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned.
