Terracon is seeking a Client Development Professional to support the continued growth of our Minnesota and North Dakota operations. Based in our Plymouth, Minnesota office, this highly visible role will focus on expanding our presence in the Twin Cities market while supporting business development efforts throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and the broader North Central Division.   • Lead and coordinate client development efforts across the Minnesota and North Dakota region.
  • Partner with regional and divisional leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Facilitate and lead major project pursuit planning and strategy sessions.
  • Support proposal, interview, and pursuit efforts for significant project opportunities.
  • Represent Terracon at industry, government, technical, and professional association events.
  • Collaborate with national account managers and operational leaders to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools and market data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track, monitor, and report business development performance metrics and pursuit outcomes.
