Our client is a Building Automation industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Delivery Consultant to lead the successful execution of sustainable infrastructure and construction projects. This role is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction operations, financial oversight, and stakeholder management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and maintain excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of multiple sustainable infrastructure or commercial construction projects.

Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams during project planning and execution.

Develop project estimates, schedules, and execution plans.

Monitor project costs, profitability, cash flow, and financial performance.

Manage project scope and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

Ensure projects comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to leadership.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and business partners.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Mentor and support project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

10+ years of project management or construction management experience.

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing project teams.

Experience managing large commercial construction, energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and contract administration.

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Technical Skills

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software

Project management and scheduling tools

Adobe Acrobat or equivalent document management software

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sustainable infrastructure, energy efficiency, or capital improvement projects.

Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and supply chain coordination.

Familiarity with risk management and value engineering principles.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
