Expert on Java, Android technology and mobile applications development
Strong design skills needed on mobile applications. Understanding of Model View controller concepts is necessary.
SSO integration experience with systems such as Ping Federate is preferred
Strong understanding of development concepts and SDLC method
Project Manager Science/Engineering graduate.
Plan for the scope, timelines, resources, milestones, etc. of a Project(s) within a Program Execute, monitor and report Project status to internal / client stakeholders on a periodic basis Identify project risks and dependencies
Develop contingency plans, monitor and take corrective action on operational parameters that impact project profitability, as required Oversee change management at Project level Maintain relationship with clients Manage the Project team from an operational perspective and Oversee knowledge management within and beyond the Project WITH the objective of delivering Project as per time, cost and quality parameters WITHIN the pre-defined guidelines and norms of the contract..
Account Operations: - Review the operational parameters which impact the bottom-line (e.g. pyramid size, utilization etc.) for the Project to ensure margins are met - Raise invoices, as and when due Submit monthly budget plans and seek approvals required in case of any deviations - Communicate and build awareness around MSA and contractual terms. Opportunity Identification and Pursuit: - Identify areas of value-add in the current Project which can be taken up for account mining Support opportunity pursuit when requested (e.g. differentiators, estimates, underlying risks, scope etc.)
Submit draft proposal for review to the Program Delivery Manager. Contracting: - Build an understanding of the MSA structure Prepare or validate the SOW / work orders inclusive of scope and milestones, acceptance criteria for the Project
Negotiate on resources, time, scope, milestones within the scope of the Project.
Program Setup: 1. Project Planning: Create Project plan including aspects such as cost, schedule, scope, requirements, risk, quality, communication & stakeholder management, effort estimation, resource planning Seek review comments from Program / Engagement Manager and customer (as required) 2. Risk Management
