What You Will Do:
  • Hiring and Onboarding focal - assist with job requisitions, resumes/interview scheduling, onboarding and new employee first day activities
  • Track status of new hires through onboarding process
  • Ensure all new hires have access submitted and needed to be billable
  • Participate in recruiting activities, such as college connects, career fairs, etc.
  • Coordinate in office meeting requirements and employee engagement - conference room, attendees, refreshments, scheduling of event(s), etc.
  • Attend meetings as requested, take meeting minutes and distribute action items to attendees
  • Assist functional groups with processes that impact leadership/executives
  • Develop/enhance work instructions to implement best practices/lessons learned and ensure repeatability of task
  • Participate in special projects and other tasks as needed
  • Demonstrate the mission and operating principles of the customer
  • Assist other executives as needed
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, etc.
  • Be flexible and willing to contribute whatever is needed to accomplish goals of manager, center, and executive leadership
  • Upload and register candidates in Field Glass
  • Reach out to the respective POC for feedback & priority demands
  • Manage Work Order details of internal team, active candidate list, a Customer POC name and details
  • Maintain and manage requirement latest tracker details and open summary details (YTJ, profiles share summary, feedback pending, interview pending and rejected, screen-rejected)
  • Maintain and manage productivity track of recruiter
  • Check with CPD list for the available requirement to fitment
  • Share the customer joining documents (once candidates join Quest)
  • Support Project Managers and leads for invoicing, audits, and finance reports
  • Plan and organize Open Houses, lunch and learn sessions, training sessions, employee engagement events, and host customer gatherings
  • Support day to day staff and office requirements
  • Be the culture advocate and drive culture initiatives for the program
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal business partners on all matters pertaining to the Program's operations

What You Will Bring:
  • Associates degree with 1 - 3 years of previous experience in a project coordination or administration role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Good organization skills and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Forward thinking and ability to identify risks to maintain Program and Company compliance
  • Familiarity with construction documents and processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range: $24/hour - $27/hour
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL.
  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
