Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION Project Coordinator Primary Purpose: The project Coordinator will be tasked with supporting the Project Manager on managing timelines and deliverables. This position will be responsible for document control, data uploads and communication with vendors and internal team members. The selected candidate will adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements by ensuring documents and records are properly tracked, managed, and stored.

Essential duties and responsibilities: Participate in weekly conference calls and note important items discussed. Create project folders in server to ensure project is organized before start. Communicate with Clients, vendors, and internal team members on behalf of PM when needed. Review daily emails to pull project progress information. Update project tracker with completion dates and work with PM to forecast. Send out follow up emails for project status when dates or milestones are missed. Schedule and coordinate site walks with design team, when necessary. Participate in weekly finance conference calls to update project billing and take notes. Upload deliverables to client database when documents are completed. Ensure all project documents are being saved properly on the server. Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks that need attention.

Position Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational, analytical, and computer skills Self-motivated and willing to learn new and changing technologies Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat. Drive to office in San Bernardino office for Face-to-Face meeting and in person training, when required.

Education: High School Diploma

Experience / Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of wireless and wireline industry (Not mandatory, but a plus) Knowledge of record management
