About the Role 

The Client Delivery Project Manager owns the daytoday execution of assigned data hall fit-out NRC projects and supports the Project Director in delivering client fit out scope safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Data hall fit-out experience with liquid cooling and security systems scope desired. 

This role is the handson delivery lead on site, acting as an integrator across internal Yondr teams and external partners to ensure predictable, repeatable delivery outcomes while maintaining clear, professional client communication and protecting Yondr's commercial and operational interests.   

Main Responsibilities 

  • Single Point of Delivery Execution (DaytoDay) 
  • Act as Yondr's onsite representative for delivery execution. 
  • Lead daytoday delivery of assigned data hall fit out NRC projects under the direction of the Project Director. 
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, designers, and integrators to maintain schedule and quality. 
  • Proactively manage and resolve delivery issues in the field, escalating where required. 

Client & Stakeholder Management 

  • Maintain consistent, professional client communication aligned with Yondr Client Delivery standards. 
  • Interface directly with client Operations, IT, and Security teams to support delivery. 
  • Support the Project Director in managing client expectations throughout execution. 
  • Participate in client, vendor, and coordination meetings as required. 

PreConstruction & Commercial Support 

  • Support opportunity pricing estimates and schedule development. 
  • Assist with bid management, including RFP processes, vendor engagement, and scope coordination. 
  • Coordinate vendor pricing, scope alignment, and transition from RFP to SO and PO issuance. 
  • Administer change orders in line with Yondr governance and commercial controls. 
  • Support cost tracking and budget adherence in coordination with the Project Director. 

Construction Delivery & Site Management 

  • Manage daily construction activities and delivery sequencing. 
  • Coordinate GC, integrator, and vendor workstreams to avoid scope gaps or overlaps. 
  • Manage the security installation scope, including coordination of security integrators, device installation, testing, and interface requirements with client Security, IT, and Operations teams. 
  • Perform site observations and delivery checks. 
  • Take ownership of onsite safety coordination and compliance. 
  • Design, Submittals & Controls 
  • Manage design deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and Yondr standards. 
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, and associated logs via Procore in coordination with the GC. 
  • Oversee OFCI coordination and scheduling, including regular alignment with MEP teams. 
  • Coordinate security system design, submittals, access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related infrastructure requirements to ensure alignment with client standards and overall project delivery. 
  • Prepare TOFs and CWAs for Project Director review prior to issue. 

Internal Coordination (Yondr) 

Coordinate across Yondr internal teams including Operations, Security, and CX. 

Manage: 

  • MOP and access requests 
  • Equipment deliveries and inventory 
  • Site logistics, laydown areas, and temporary offices 
  • Ensure internal handoffs and interfaces are clearly defined and managed. 

Meetings, Reporting & Governance 

  • Lead vendor coordination and project execution meetings. 
  • Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track actions. 
  • Provide regular execution updates to the Project Director. 
  • Support consistent application of Yondr delivery workflows and reporting objectives.  

Quality, Commissioning & Closeout 

  • Coordinate QA/QC activities in line with Yondr delivery standards. 
  • Support commissioning (CX) activities and act as an authorized signer where delegated. 
  • Manage postCX closeout activities including: 
  • Deficiency tracking 
  • O&M documentation 
  • Final Project Handover documentation (internal and to Client) 

Financial Administration 

Review and approve invoices within delegated authority. 

Track costs against approved budgets.
