Job Description
This is a hybrid position - 3-4 days per week in the office in West Chicago are required.
Epsilon is looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team in West Chicago! The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the production of marketing programs. In this role you will work mostly in an office environment but may also be exposed to a production environment from time to time as well.
Responsibilities
  • Work together win together: You will work closely with a Project Manager and a variety of production and other internal teams. You may also work with leaders from various parts of the business to support their specific project needs. You will assist with providing proofs and billing to internal teams, support the production of marketing programs, and ensure accuracy and timely approvals for scheduled marketing programs.
  • Innovate with purpose: This role will put your attention to detail and accuracy skills to the test! You will part of an exciting, fast-paced environment playing a key role in the administrative behind-the-scenes support of marketing campaigns.

  • This is a great entry-level role which will provide exposure to marketing operations, processes and procedures

Compensation Range: USD $40,280.00 - USD $53,445.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
