Project Coordinator

AFGO Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Installation Team. AFGO is a commercial HVACR Service Company, with an expanded capacity to perform equipment replacements, primarily for existing clientele. The Installation Team is a subset of the Service Group and works closely with the entire operation to deliver a multi-faceted yet streamlined approach to full client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and possess strong organizational skills, while being driven to learn, adapt and row within the organization.

Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
  • Customer Service
  • Work Permit Management and Tracking
  • Proposal Generation
  • Purchasing
  • Dispatching
  • Reconciliation of Technician Payroll
  • Preparation of Closeout Packages
  • Job Cost Analysis
  • Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft is essential
