Position Description
Grant-funded, part-time (20 hours per week) professional position responsible for developing and strengthening partnerships with regional healthcare providers, workforce agencies, and educational entities to support enrollment growth and the development of a CNA-LPN-RN educational pipeline.
The Industry Partner/Coordinator will conduct outreach, collect and analyze workforce data, and support pathway development that promotes student transition and continued education. The position may be based on the Jamestown or Cattaraugus County Campus and may include hybrid or remote work as approved.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, workforce development, public administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in partnership development, workforce development, community engagement, or related area.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with external partners.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and data-gathering skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in healthcare education or allied health workforce initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CNA, LPN, and RN education pathways.
  • Experience with credit for prior learning (CPL), workforce grants, or pathway-based program design.
  • Experience collecting or analyzing labor market or workforce data.
  • Evidence of collaboration, initiative, or project coordination experience.
