Job Description
Our Project Coordinators are responsible for assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met. This role involves constant communication between all parties related to the project with a strong focus on invoicing and collections.
Supervisory Responsibilities
 • There are no supervisory responsibilities that align with this role.
Responsibilities
• Work directly with assigned project managers.
• Coordinate all administrative functions of assigned active jobs.
• Adhere to all insurance provider guidelines, program, and TPA guidelines.
• Handle insurance carrier documentation.
• Facilitates correspondence between all parties – clients, Insurance, TPA’s, etc.
• Assist in the communication & scheduling between the property owner and project managers.
• Assist in invoicing and collection of payments due.
• Assist with the distribution of work orders for subcontractors.
• Assist with the intake of new jobs.
• Manage proper job documentation flow.

• Strong knowledge of office technology, especially Microsoft 365.
• Knowledgeable about file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

 • Restoration industry experience highly preferred.
• Knowledgeable about Xactanalysis, Alacrity, Contractor Connection and other Third-Party Administrators is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
 Physical Requirements
 • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
