GARNEY

Regional Project Coordinator Supervisor position is available at Garney. This role serves as a mentor and leadership resource for Project Coordinators (PCs) across a designated area. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and excellence in project support by overseeing coordination efforts, reinforcing administrative processes, and supporting both operational and corporate goals. This position bridges the gap between the administrative team and operations, providing guidance and driving standardization of practices. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Supervise a team of 2-6 Project Coordinators across multiple locations
  • Serve as the key contact and support for the Profit Center Director; assist the Admin Manager in balancing workloads based on project complexity and staffing needs
  • Lead regional PC meetings and support team communications and trainings
  • Mentor and provide direct support to area PCs, promoting best practices and ongoing development 
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires; reinforce consistency across regions 
  • Provide feedback on administrative workflows, process improvements, and system enhancements
  • Champion standardization and ensure consistent execution of administrative processes across the region
  • Maintain PC responsibilities on a project when necessary to stay connected to daily operations
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Admin and Operations to meet regional objectives
