Position Description
  • Works independently to ensure jobs are on schedule and meet quality and safety expectations
  • Manage a single project: overseeing scheduling, budget, change orders, POs, billing, contracts, warranty requests and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Utilize field technology (KeyStyle, Plan Grid, etc.)
  • Utilize project drawings and drawing submittal process, including revisions
  • Promotes all aspects of Chamberlin's Safety culture
  • Involved in job production tracking, time and material costs management
  • Attend job site meetings/pre-job meetings
  • Develops client relationships
  • Develops vendor relationships
  • Assisting other team members in work production
  • QA/QC assurance process on jobs (oversees process to ensure reports are properly completed and quality is achieved on job)
  • Other tasks as may be assigned/required

Position Requirements
Jobs Requirements
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or equivalent.
Skills: English speaking, bilingual preferred
Abilities/Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • OSHA 30 certified
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week and more when necessary
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read construction documents
  • Proven ability to self-manage and problem solve
  • Proven ability to effectively interact and work with team members

Education or Experience Required: 5+ years of construction experience and/or a 4-year degree in construction or relevant field of study
