Job Overview:

Pay Range: $51hr - $56hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 8+ years of experience as Project Coordinator.
  • 6+ years of experience in managing budgets, onboarding candidates, and preparing project status.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed according to timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure action items are completed.
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and contract administration when required.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and project management standards.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and project performance reports.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
