About the Job

Enertech is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in executing client and internal projects efficiently. In this role, you’ll assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, and coordination across internal departments and third-party vendors. You’ll help keep projects organized and moving forward so they can deliver on time, within scope, and on budget.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in translating project parameters into actionable plans, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate tasks across internal departments to ensure timely execution.
  • Help develop and maintain project schedules with milestones and deadlines.
  • Schedule and coordinate third-party vendors and track vendor deliverables for quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain internal project files and complete documentation accurately.
  • Identify issues that may impact timelines and escalate appropriately.
  • Recommend process improvements within scope of the role to increase efficiency.
  • Support resolution of task-level challenges as they arise.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of related experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support preferred.


Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ability to learn Enertech systems.
