Job Title:Project Coordinator III
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams
  • Work with the engineering team to document plans
  • Project Management
  • Work with program managers and engineers to track progress of prototype builds and deliverables
  • Use Jira for Engineering Development
  • International Shipping, Receiving, and Logistics and development
  • Track task progress, collect information, and organize presentations (dashboards) for stakeholder digestion
  • Track tasks with external partners
  • Work with finance and purchasing on onboarding suppliers, getting proposals and quotations, placing orders, and tracking deliveries
  • Assist the engineering teams with documentation of development
  • Map and track progress of Statements of Work (SOWs) with external development partners
  • Update internal website information
  • Keep notes for meetings
  • Hours may be adjusted to earlier in the morning or late starts if meetings run outside of typical Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, flexible schedule required. At least once a week in a case-by-case scenario.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program/project management
  • Experience with constructing work breakdown structures for development of schedules and resource planning
  • Preferred experience within development and launch of consumer products
  • Scheduling - handle complications/uncertainty of program schedule
  • Detail-oriented - monitor progress/deliverables, collect data/information, and track actions
  • Multitasking - be able to work with several suppliers on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications:
  • NPI (New Product Introduction) - new customer hardware
  • Understanding the basic process of design/development for consumer electronic products
  • Work independently with limited guidance

Location: Redmond, WA [Hybrid]
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $74,800 - $1,24,800 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
