Key Responsibilities
Crew & Schedule Coordination
  • Assist with planning and managing the daily and weekly work schedule.
  • Coordinate crews across multiple projects and locations.
  • Ensure teams have clear information regarding job locations, start times, scope of works and customer requirements.
  • Respond to changes caused by weather, project delays, customer requirements or crew availability.
  • Help ensure labour and resources are being used efficiently.
  • Communicate schedule changes quickly and clearly to the relevant teams.
Project Coordination
  • Support projects from scheduling through to completion.
  • Review upcoming jobs to make sure the required information is in place before crews are dispatched.
  • Coordinate between customers, crews and management to keep work moving.
  • Track the status of active and upcoming projects.
  • Identify potential scheduling or operational issues before they become larger problems.
  • Follow up on outstanding items required to complete or close out projects.
  • Help maintain consistent operational standards across jobs.
Customer Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding scheduling and project updates.
  • Confirm job dates and communicate any changes or delays.
  • Provide professional and timely updates throughout the project.
  • Help resolve routine customer questions and operational issues.
  • Escalate significant customer or project concerns to management when required.
  • Support a customer experience that reflects positively on Replay Surfacing.
Administration & Reporting
  • Keep project, scheduling and operational records accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain daily and weekly schedules.
  • Track job progress, completion and outstanding actions.
  • Assist with operational reports and performance tracking.
  • Ensure relevant project information and documentation is collected from crews.
  • Support management with information needed for planning and decision-making.
  • Help improve administrative processes as the company grows.
