The Administrative Project Coordinator will support legal operations by managing project timelines, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between teams in Washington. This role is key to maintaining organization and efficiency within the department.

Description

  • Coordinate complex administrative and project-based support for attorneys and firm leadership.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, expense reports, and time entry.
  • Organize client meetings, conference calls, and special events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business-critical materials.
  • Support document management, records retention, and administrative projects.
  • Assist with client on-boarding, conflicts checks, and engagement documentation.
  • Coordinate billing activities and liaise with accounting teams.
  • Partner with internal departments and global offices to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while handling confidential information.
  • Support business development initiatives and maintain client relationship data.

Profile

A successful Administrative Project Coordinator should have:

  • Experience coordinating projects and managing schedules in a professional setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
