Controls Specialist Manager: This is where you come in.
We're looking for a Controls Specialist Manager who will build and lead our Building Controls Field Specialist operations in Oregon.

  • Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and hold employees accountable.

This Controls Specialist Manager position reports to Troy Johnson, Director, Building Controls Operations, and works within a collaborative team on diverse projects and initiatives that support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders-whether through assigning and directing work to team members or serving as the primary point of contact for customers regarding services provided by MacMiller.
  • Experience with controls systems such as Tridium, Honeywell, and Siemens is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in analyzing operational workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Change management is a critical skill for success in this role.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in mechanical contracting, service, or maintenance across Controls, HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing systems.

Compensation: $136,000 to $176,000 Annually
