About this Role

The Project Management Intern will support the Project Manager and project team with various tasks throughout the development and execution phases of projects. This internship provides exposure to engineering coordination, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction activities. Interns will gain hands-on experience in project management processes and tools while contributing to real-world projects.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with coordination of engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Support development of project schedules and tracking progress.
  • Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews.
  • Help prepare subcontractor and vendor documentation under supervision.
  • Assist with safety-related documentation and reporting.
  • Contribute to monthly project review reports and financial tracking.
  • Support document management, including RFI submittals.
  • Assist with procurement tasks such as purchase orders and subcontract packages.
  • Help monitor design, procurement, and construction progress.
  • Participate in project close-out activities and lessons learned sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
What You'll Bring
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
