Job Description:

Parsons is now hiring for a Project Controls Intern to join our New York team for the Fall 2026 semester!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participating in field activities and special studies

  • Making observations, collecting samples, performing routine tests, and maintains documentation

  • Preparing required field and office reports of various activities and findings

  • Researching and gathering statistics and related data for periodic and/or special onetime reports

  • Reviewing, verifying, and formatting this information into reports for use within and outside the unit

  • Creating and/or maintaining spreadsheet or graphical format reports, or narrative style word documents

  • Preparing accompanying correspondence and distributing reports as directed

  • Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

What Qualifications You'll Bring:

  • Skilled communicator, writer, and editor

  • Strong analytical and verbal communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and coordinate activities across a range of functional areas

  • Ability to communicate clearly and convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and on teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and preferred familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce.
