This position is ideal for a leader who brings strong operational judgment, experience with integrated project controls systems such as InEight, and a passion for developing teams in a fast-paced execution environment.
Kiewit Industrial is a full-service engineering, procurement, and construction organization delivering complex industrial projects across North America. - Experience with forecasting, earned value, change management, productivity analysis, trend management, and performance reporting.
- Ability to partner effectively with operations, engineering, procurement, construction, and business management teams to support execution and decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive accountability across larger teams.
- Experience mentoring project controls professionals and standardizing processes across multiple scopes, teams, or project phases is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and other data-driven reporting tools is preferred.
