Boeing's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a talented and motivated Experienced Project Controls Focal to join their Project, Asset, Construction and Engineering (PACE) COE Organization team.

As a Project Controls Focal, you will be at the forefront of project management, overseeing project performance, financial analysis and project control tasks for the region. In this role, you will be able to make a significant impact by ensuring service delivery and fiscal analysis. You will work closely with a diverse cross-functional team; including engineers, planners, project managers, finance professionals, procurement specialists, maintenance experts, site business partners and GREF leaders.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing critical deliverables, implementing quality controls and providing performance cost reporting. Additionally, you can share your expertise and mentor other analysts, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary consultant regarding facilities construction project controls

  • Strategic analysis of construction project fiscal projections, opportunity and risks, in partnership with the facilities project managers

  • Create innovative system processes based on organizational development principles and theories

  • Participate in regional, site or enterprise-wide cross-functional teams to create and validate processes

  • Take into consideration objectives and strategies that meet business and infrastructure requirements

  • Prepare and present executive level reports with options and recommendations that may have regional, site or enterprise-wide impact with significant implications

  • Ensure that configuration control with change management is maintained for data, processes, equipment and documents

  • Perform reporting and analysis on Statement of Work (SOW) delivery through SOW management, tracking, and reporting including financial tracking, schedule tracking and reconciliation

  • Contribute to development of budget and long-range business plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience working and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 5+ years of experience with Project or Construction Management

  • 3+ years of experience with financial forecasting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in product development/ management, pricing, program management and/or financial analysis

  • 5+ years of experience developing and presenting recommendations to executive level management

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 3+ years of experience in working with project finances

  • Experience with contract management, invoice management/reconciliation, and vendor management
